Atlantic Bridge is an independent company. It is not a manufacturer and is not allied to any importer or distributor. This allows manufacturers to employ more than one agent in the UK to act on their behalf when selling products, should they wish to do so.
By using an independent, such as Atlantic Bridge Limited, and having to make available your technical documentation to them in accordance to UK law, the risk of an agent or importer using your documentation to produce a competitive product is minimised. Your IPR is therefore safeguarded.
Atlantic Bridge Limited take the responsibility for holding the relevant documents secure and only make them available to the regulatory authorities. Thus removing the risk of importers or distributors being able to replicate the products as their own.
Legal requirements of a UK responsible person

Having a business registered in the UK.

Holding or having access to the technical documentation of the product from the manufacturer.

Working with the manufacturer to ensure the manufacturer is meeting the UK requirements.

Supporting the manufacturer with the UK declaration of Conformity to UKCA requirements.

Act as a point of contact with the UK regulatory authorities (MHRA, HSE, etc.).
